South River Rd. - Elora, ON
This project was the complete restoration of a stunning backyard located in the beautiful town of Elora, ON. We started by clear cutting and mulching all the dead cedars on the property, clearing views to the grand river below and opening up sunlight for a newly Hydroseed lawn. We then installed a stunning 3 course armour stone retaining wall, providing relief for the garage above, where we poured a fresh concrete driveway pad. This customer had us install all lighting, plants and mulch for the flower beds, ensuring a seamless transition from the design phase through to site completion. We then finalized the driveway and parking spaces with a fresh coat of Recycled Asphalt to complete this projects aesthetic.

Sawmill Rd. - Conestoga, ON
This project was the demolition of the existing pool and garage, to make room for a new engineered retaining wall encasing a new garage and infinity pool in Conestoga, ON. We started this project by demolishing the old garage and pool, removing all debris offsite. This was to make room for a large engineered retaining wall along the driveways left edge to encase the foundation of the newly proposed garage. Once this wall was installed we dug the foundations for both the pool and garage. Our team was responsible for both pool and garage foundation wall heights along with their orientation to the existing house, no easy task. With the help of our trusted trades, deVries Concrete & Betz Pool, we then poured the pool, followed by the garage and garage floor. This project was then finished by our team professionally installing all interlock, coping and drains around the pool and garage. Apex operators then proceeded to complete a final grade and seed, turning this construction site quickly into a finished product. These results speak for themselves!

Nexans Canada Inc. - Fergus, ON
This project was the excavation and pad prep for a new piece of equipment inside of NEXANS factory. They required an excavation service with an extreme emphasis on cleanliness, safety and tight quarters. Our team is fully licensed and insured, allowing our operators to maneuver around factory staff to complete this job safely, below budget and ahead of schedule. Hard to believe this took us half a day and the materials were removed one skid steer bucket at a time. Look at how clean this one looks!

Hilldale Cres. - Guelph, ON
This project saw the complete grade transformation of a side yard, having newly mounted egress window wells and the installation of a rain garden transforming this stunning home in Guelph, ON. This side yard was full of debris and was originally sloped toward the windows. Our team professionally removed all debris and graded around the newly installed window wells to encourage watershed away from the house and towards the front yard. We then finished of the area with some woven filter cloth to prevent weed growth and 6" of 3/4" crushed clear aggregate. This aggregate and grade fed the newly dug and prepped rain garden at the front of the house. Being our first rain garden we took immense pride in learning all we could, and hope to encourage more to install these beautiful features. Side yards deserve love too!

Ridgeway St. - Guelph, ON
This dig was done for our good friends over at Ranardo Real Estate. Having cemented themselves as one of the premium tier small home builders in Guelph, Ranardo has done it again with this beautiful tiny home build.
Our team tackled the excavation of this new builds foundation, all lateral service installs (Water, Sewer, hydro and gas) and the clean up from the previous conctractor who was unable to complete this project for our client. No problem! Our operators got to work and quickly transformed this messy site into something easily traversed by other trades and no longer an eye sore for the neighbouring residence.

Kent St. - Guelph, ON
This Engineered concrete retaining wall was dug, poured and installed by our team, partnering with one of our local trusted concrete providers. This wall bordered two properties and retained the driveway for our client. We first removed the old failing wall and staircase to make room for the new build. Our next task was to lower the grade for the neighbour, allowing them easy access for their tenants vehicles. Lastly, our operators tackled the steep driveway, reducing its grade and finishing both driveways off with a top coat of HL3 asphalt, provided by one of our trusted local trades.

County Rd. 86 - West Montrose, ON
Digging foundation is only half the fun. Our team loves to tackle jut about any project you throw at us. This lot line clear was completed for a 100acre farm with a forest bordering the majority of its fields. This provided our operators with lots of work to leave this field line looking clear of snapped, torn or shredded branches often left by our competitors. This is where the Apex difference can really become apparent. We don't leave dead branches on the field line, we don't use our machines to simply break and tear limbs, and we ensure zero regrowth outwards towards the field. Just look at how clean that field line is above. Our farming friends can save scratches on their John Deere green and can now maximize yields; planting as close as possible to the field line.

Durant Rd. - Breslau, ON
What a view! This is the best part of our job, being outside directly under that warm sun, starring off into acres of beautiful farm land. This new build required the complete final grade treatment. By first Installing buried PVC rain leaders for all downspouts, we kept the roofs collected water well away from the foundation. We then installed a buried sump ejection line, with a removable furnco at the foundation, to further keep water away and clean up the overall aesthetic. Our team then began the huge process off first rough grading all existing materials to ensure proper fall away from the foundation on all sides of the home. This was then followed by a large quantity of screened topsoil being distributed around the house and raked religiously smooth of all debris using our skid-steers power rake. This was all finalized by a final Hydroseed mixture to provide complete closure to this project.
